General Returns Any merchandise returned that is in resalable condition, in original packaging (with all paperwork) and accompanied by a receipt within 30 days, may be exchanged or the purchase amount will be happily refunded.

Furniture Returns
Office furniture is generally not returnable, unless due to defect or error on our part. Due to delivery cost involved in regard to furniture, we ask that you be very careful when ordering furniture and get correct stock numbers, verify colors, check product size to insure that it will fit, etc. Please contact us with all presale questions in order to prevent any mistakes. We have furniture design and layout software and are very happy to come and help you layout your furniture requirements. Simply give us a call to request this free service.
Non-Returnable items
Unfortunately, not all items are covered by our return policy. We are unable to accept returns on the following products: electronics, business machines, food, beverages, medical products once used, cleaning supplies, paper, vacuum cleaners, assembled or installed furniture, special order items, custom or made to order products. Also, any dated products such as tax forms, calendars, appointment books, business journals, diaries, desk calendars, desk pad calendars, wall planners or planners are not returnable and all sales are final.
